Einf\u00fchrung in die Funktion f\u00fcr den internen Zinssatz<\/h2>\n

Der interne Zinssatz (IRR, auf Deutsch Interner Kapitalisierungssatz oder Interner Zinsfu\u00df, IKV) ist eine wichtige finanzielle Kennzahl in Microsoft Excel und Google Tabellen. Diese Funktion wird genutzt, um die Rentabilit\u00e4t potenzieller Investitionen zu bewerten. Der IKV ist jener Zinssatz, bei dem der Nettobarwert (NPV) aller zuk\u00fcnftigen Cashflows (sowohl Einzahlungen als auch Auszahlungen) einer Investition gleich Null ist. <\/p>\n

Syntax und Verwendung<\/h2>\n

Die Syntax der Funktion lautet in Excel:<\/p>\n

 =IKV(Werte; [Sch\u00e4tzwert]) <\/code><\/pre>\n
In Google Tabellen sieht die Syntax wie folgt aus:<\/p>\n
 =IRR(values, [guess]) <\/code><\/pre>\n

  • Werte<\/code>: Ein Bereich oder ein Array von Zellen, die die Cashflows enthalten, einschlie\u00dflich der anf\u00e4nglichen Investitionsausgaben.<\/li>\n
  • Sch\u00e4tzwert<\/code> (optional): Eine Sch\u00e4tzung des erwarteten IRR. Fehlt dieser Parameter, verwenden sowohl Excel als auch Google Tabellen standardm\u00e4\u00dfig den Wert 0,1 (10%).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Praktische Anwendungsbeispiele<\/h2>\n
    Beispiel 1: Bewertung einer Investition<\/h3>\n
     Angenommen, ein Unternehmen plant eine Investition, die anf\u00e4ngliche Kosten von 100.000 Euro verursacht und erwartet, in den n\u00e4chsten vier Jahren folgende R\u00fcckfl\u00fcsse zu erzielen: 30.000 Euro, 35.000 Euro, 40.000 Euro und 45.000 Euro. <\/p>\n

    F\u00fcr die Berechnung des IRR in Excel sieht die Formel so aus:<\/p>\n

    Diese Berechnung liefert den internen Zinssatz, bei dem der Nettobarwert der Cashflows gleich Null ist, was als entscheidender Faktor f\u00fcr die Investitionsentscheidung dient.<\/p>\n
