In diesem Artikel widmen wir uns der Funktion zur Berechnung des Net Present Value (NPV), besser bekannt als NBW (Nettobarwert), die in den deutschsprachigen Versionen von Microsoft Excel und Google Sheets verwendet wird. Wir werden die Grundlagen dieser Funktion erl\u00e4utern und praxisnahe Anwendungsbeispiele darstellen.<\/p>\n

Syntax und Nutzung<\/h2>\n

Die NBW-Funktion dient zur Bewertung des Nettobarwerts einer Investition, basierend auf einer Reihe von periodischen Cashflows und einem Diskontsatz. Die Syntax der Funktion lautet:<\/p>\n

  • Zins<\/strong> – Der Diskontsatz pro Periode.<\/li>\n
  • Wert1, Wert2, …<\/strong> – Die Cashflows der einzelnen Perioden. Wert1 entspricht dem initialen Cashflow, Wert2 dem Cashflow der n\u00e4chsten Periode und so weiter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Ein einfaches Beispiel hierf\u00fcr k\u00f6nnte sein:<\/p>\n

    In diesem Beispiel entspricht -10000 dem initialen Investitionsbetrag und die folgenden Betr\u00e4ge von 3000, 4200 und 6800 repr\u00e4sentieren die Cashflows der anschlie\u00dfenden Perioden, jeweils diskontiert mit einem Zinssatz von 8%.<\/p>\n
    Praktische Anwendungsszenarien<\/h2>\n
    Szenario 1: Investitionsbewertung<\/h2>\n
    Angenommen, ein Unternehmen plant eine anf\u00e4ngliche Investition von 50.000 Euro und antizipiert daraus folgende j\u00e4hrliche R\u00fcckfl\u00fcsse \u00fcber vier Jahre: 15.000 Euro, 20.000 Euro, 25.000 Euro und 15.000 Euro. Der angesetzte Diskontsatz liegt bei 5%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

    Ist der resultierende Wert positiv, zeigt dies, dass die Investition finanziell attraktiv sein k\u00f6nnte.<\/p>\n
    Szenario 2: Vergleich von Investitionsoptionen<\/h2>\n
    Ein Investor steht vor der Wahl zwischen zwei Projekten. Projekt A erfordert eine Anfangsinvestition von 30.000 Euro und verspricht R\u00fcckfl\u00fcsse von 10.000 Euro, 12.000 Euro und 18.000 Euro \u00fcber die n\u00e4chsten drei Jahre. Projekt B ben\u00f6tigt ebenfalls eine Investition von 30.000 Euro, erwartet jedoch R\u00fcckfl\u00fcsse von 15.000 Euro, 9.000 Euro und 12.000 Euro im gleichen Zeitraum. Beide Projekte basieren auf einem Diskontsatz von 6%.<\/p>\n
