Description de la fonction<\/h2>\n

La fonction LOI.GAMMA.INVERSE<\/strong> dans Microsoft Excel et GAMMAINV<\/strong> dans Google Sheets est utilis\u00e9e pour calculer l’inverse de la distribution cumulative de la loi gamma. Elle est particuli\u00e8rement utile en statistique et ing\u00e9nierie pour mod\u00e9liser des dur\u00e9es comme les temps d’attente ou de d\u00e9faillance.<\/p>\n

     Supposons qu’un composant \u00e9lectronique suit une distribution gamma avec un alpha<\/em> de 9 et un beta<\/em> de 0.5. Pour d\u00e9terminer la dur\u00e9e minimale couvrant 95% des composants, utilisez la formule suivante : <\/p>\n
