Description de la fonction<\/h2>\n

La fonction ODDLYIELD<\/strong> (nomm\u00e9e REND.DCOUPON.IRREG<\/strong> dans Google Sheets) permet de calculer le rendement d’une obligation avec un premier coupon sur une p\u00e9riode atypique, c’est-\u00e0-dire une p\u00e9riode qui ne correspond pas \u00e0 la fr\u00e9quence normale de paiement des coupons de l’obligation.<\/p>\n

Syntaxe<\/h2>\n

Voici la syntaxe de la fonction :<\/p>\n

 ODDLYIELD(settlement, maturity, last_interest, rate, pr, redemption, frequency, [basis])<\/code> <\/pre>\n
    \n
  • settlement<\/strong> : Date de r\u00e8glement, correspondant \u00e0 l’acquisition de l’obligation par l’acheteur.<\/li>\n
  • maturity<\/strong> : Date d’\u00e9ch\u00e9ance de l’obligation.<\/li>\n
  • last_interest<\/strong> : Date du dernier paiement d’int\u00e9r\u00eats avant le r\u00e8glement.<\/li>\n
  • rate<\/strong> : Taux d’int\u00e9r\u00eat annuel de l’obligation.<\/li>\n
  • pr<\/strong> : Prix de l’obligation \u00e0 la date de r\u00e8glement.<\/li>\n
  • redemption<\/strong> : Valeur \u00e0 laquelle l’obligation sera rembours\u00e9e \u00e0 maturit\u00e9.<\/li>\n
  • frequency<\/strong> : Fr\u00e9quence annuelle des paiements de coupon (1, 2 ou 4 fois par an).<\/li>\n
  • [basis]<\/strong> : (facultatif) Convention de comptage des jours utilis\u00e9e pour le calcul des int\u00e9r\u00eats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Ci-dessous quelques exemples d’utilisation de la fonction ODDLYIELD pour d\u00e9terminer le rendement d’une obligation.<\/p>\n
    Exemple 1: Calcul du rendement d’une obligation<\/h3>\n
     =ODDLYIELD(\"01\/03\/2021\", \"30\/06\/2025\", \"01\/01\/2021\", 0.05, 950, 1000, 2, 0) <\/code><\/pre>\n
    Dans cet exemple, l’obligation est acquise le 1 mars 2021 et arrive \u00e0 \u00e9ch\u00e9ance le 30 juin 2025. Le dernier paiement de coupon a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9 le 1 janvier 2021. L’obligation pr\u00e9sente un taux d’int\u00e9r\u00eat annuel de 5%, un prix de 950 et sera rembours\u00e9e 1000 \u00e0 l’\u00e9ch\u00e9ance. Les coupons sont pay\u00e9s semestriellement et la base de calcul est la base US (NASD), repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par 0.<\/p>\n
    Cette formule d\u00e9termine le rendement de l’obligation en consid\u00e9rant le premier coupon irr\u00e9gulier.<\/p>\n
    Exemple 2: Analyse de l’impact du prix sur le rendement<\/h3>\n
